Thank you for ordering from Artprentice. All our products are lovingly crafted by hand one piece at a time. While every effort has been made to ensure the quality of our products, as with most handcrafted items, minor variations and imperfections do occur.

1: ORDERS

Once you have placed your orders, you will receive an email confirming your orders within 2 business days. In the event that you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us by email or whatsapp at +65 9685 8045.

 

Orders may be customized. Please contact us by email for more details. Please note that production on the order will only start once full payment has been received.

 

Delivery Van - Purple

2: SHIPPING

Orders, with the exception of framed products (Frames and Lightboxes), will be mailed via SingPost within 7 business days upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.

For overseas orders, please note that we shall be using SingPost's Registered Air Mail service. Shipping fee applies.

3: GIFT SHIPPING

Please send us an email to let us know if the order is a gift. We provide hand delivery services for gift items.

Purple Gift

We do not replace or refund prints, framed paper sculptures, tunnel books and bottle arts. We shall replace or refund light boxes with defective electrical components.

For orders sent by mail:

We are not liable for orders damaged while in transit. We take the utmost care in packaging your order before mailing.

Replacement or Refund:

For any replacement or refund, please send us an email with a photo of the defect(s) within 7 days upon receiving the product.
